These terms govern your use of hedge.rw — this website. Use of the Hedge platform itself is governed by the separate written agreement between Hedge and the company that subscribes to it. Where the two differ, that subscription agreement wins for anything to do with the platform.

Who we are

Hedge builds operating systems for agribusiness. We are based in Kigali, Rwanda. You can reach us at hello@hedge.rw.

Using this site

You may read, print and share these pages for your own business purposes. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to gain access to systems or data you have not been granted, misrepresent yourself when contacting us, or copy the site's design, text or images to pass off as your own.

What the enquiry form is for

Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a place, or oblige either of us to anything. We will reply, and if it looks like a fit we will arrange a demonstration and put terms in writing. Please give us accurate details — we rely on them to respond.

Accuracy of what is on this page

We describe the product as it stands today and we update these pages as it changes. Screens, figures and module descriptions are illustrative, and nothing here is a warranty or a commitment to a future feature. Anything we commit to for your farm will be in your agreement, not on this website.

Sign-in and access

hedge.rw/app is for people whose organisation has an account with us. Accounts are issued by Hedge, credentials are personal to the individual they are issued to, and sharing them is a breach of these terms. Tell us immediately at hello@hedge.rw if you believe an account has been compromised.

Our marks and content

The Hedge name, mark and everything published on this site belong to Hedge or to whoever licensed it to us. Farm Creek Ltd is named here as a customer with their permission; their name and marks remain theirs.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Hedge is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda, and the courts of Rwanda have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
